Material Preparation

The main raw material of silicone rubber pacifiers is medical grade silicone, which is non-toxic, odorless, colorless, transparent, and has good softness, resilience, heat resistance and high recovery. After mixing and heating, it becomes a liquid state for subsequent processing.

Molding

The silicone is injected into the pacifier mold and treated with high temperature and high pressure to form it. The process requires strict control of temperature and pressure to achieve the state of the pacifier shape and quality.

Processing

Cut and trim the shaped pacifier to remove excess rough edges and uneven parts to ensure that the shape and size of the pacifier meet the design requirements.

Treatment and cleaning

After the treatment is completed, an initial cleaning is performed to remove any impurities that may be attached. Then a deep cleaning is performed with purified water and a chemical-free cleaning agent to ensure that no residue remains.

Quality inspection

Check whether the surface of the pacifier is smooth, flawless, free of bubbles and other defects; use professional tools to measure the dimensions of the pacifier; conduct performance tests on the pacifier, such as tensile strength, resilience, heat resistance, etc

Packaging

Packaging: Qualified pacifier products are packaged, usually with non-toxic and environmentally friendly packaging materials. Indicate the product name, specifications, production date, shelf life and other information on the packaging.

Colorless, odorless, non-toxic, high temperature and low temperature resistance, can be steamed, boiled and disinfected, very durable. Made of food-grade silica gel as raw material, does not contain bisphenol A, non-toxic and harmless can replace traditional latex pacifiers, and it is not easy to deform it by any disinfection method.

The liquid silicone pacifier can be boiled and disinfected with boiling water, usually boiled for 3-5 minutes. Pay attention to control the time and water temperature to avoid damage to the pacifier. It can also be disinfected with an ultraviolet sterilizer, a steam sterilizer or a cleaner containing disinfectant ingredients.
Replace the liquid silicone pacifier regularly. It is generally recommended to replace it every 3-6 months, or replace it in time according to the usage.
Store away from direct sunlight and high temperatures to maintain the performance and lifespan of the pacifier.
High softness: Liquid silicone pacifiers are more transparent and soft than solid silicone, which can protect the baby’s gums from damage and protect the baby’s oral health. 
Feeling close to breast milk: The touch of liquid silicone is closer to human skin, allowing babies to better switch between breastfeeding and artificial feeding.
Appropriate water outlet method: You can choose a “shower-type” liquid silicone pacifier with “imitation breast milk outlet”, so that the milk can fall in different positions in the baby’s mouth, make full use of the saliva in the baby’s mouth, and let the food better mix with saliva.
